Sip & Spill

A facilitated wellness gathering designed for adults to unplug, slow down, and connect over tea in a screen-free environment. Centered on mental health, the experience creates a safe, open forum for honest conversation about stress, burnout, and emotional well-being without pressure to perform.  Participants engage in reflective and creative activities to deepen connection and self-awareness. The program leaves participants feeling supported, less isolated, and more centered in themselves and their community.
