Wellness Walks

Wellness Walks are monthly, guided morning walks designed to promote gentle movement, meaningful connection, and neighborhood engagement. Each walk is intentionally curated around a seasonal theme and includes conversation prompts to encourage low-pressure social interaction. Participants begin with light stretching and a short grounding or mindfulness exercise, then transition into a 45-minute outdoor walk, highlighting small businesses and community landmarks. The program emphasizes accessibility, mental wellness, and relationship-building through slow, intentional movement.
